The converter gives different results between the motherboards with chipset ich7 and ich8 when I install OSX pc version.
At first, I use the converter on Gigabyte 945P to connect the ide drives to the sata ports on the motherboard. It works perfect in OSX PC system, no matter harddisks or DVD writers. You can take the unit combining the harddisk and the converter equal to a REAL sata drive.
Because the ich8 does not support IDE devices, I consider it would be a good way to build sata drives. When I connect IDE hardisk and DVD drive to the sata ports of the motherboard Gigabyte 965P-DS3, DVD drive can not boot and hardisk can not be shown in Disk Utility. I am sure the CMOS are configured right (disable sata native mode), and the real sata harddisks are shown.

This is the second time that Facebook has made a booboo. Wasn’t it only last year that this particular social utility added a “news feeds” feature which only resulted to threatened protests from many of Facebook’s users. The company apologized, and I think it needs to do that again as there are reports of new complaints regarding a recently launched marketing program that apparently allows users and friends to see their online purchases. Facebook has been making steps to alleviate the situation but personally I think they need to hasten as a lot of users are getting pissed about how they put it as an invasion of their privacy.

As far as meeting people online, chances are men would be more susceptible to being fooled rather than the women. There is no clear explanation from it as this may not necessarily hold true for all. Women have their share as well but being more mature than men, they seem to know when to think right and approach it methodically.
Pictures and voices can be deceiving. If there is one thing that web cannot give to date, that is touch. Nothing beats touching reality and leaning more towards what you just see or hear. Cyber friendships are okay but don’t expect them to be as sincere as the ones we meet today in the real world.

As far as meeting people on the web is concerned, Internet dating provides the same dating service we often see in today’s modern world. Fixed hook-ups are rampant on the web as more people are trying to find other people of different races for their potential partners in life.
But the question is, is it pathetic or commendable? Some people see it as a low way to get hooked today but others look at it as something good for people who find themselves hopelessly looking for a mate. Whichever the case may be, it all depends on the people who sign up with these sites. It is really their call.

Friendster, Multiply and MySpace. They are familiar names in the world of social networking today and if you want to find old friends and meet new ones at that, it would be wise to join one of them today.
All they require is a simple sign up. Remember that in one of my posts, I had advised to sign up for a free email account. This is just one of the many things why you need it. Joining sites and becoming an affiliate has its share of many requirements and an email account is one of these important elements you will need.

If you are new to the web, chances are you may be trying to search on how to price web ads for your site. Web advertising is becoming aggressive these days and with the large exposure that they can get from the Internet, it is not surprising.
Web developers work on their site to be at the top of the rankings of search engines and achieving that alone is a milestone. While you may not know the impact it may have, you will certainly receive offers one by one when the time comes that it is really taking notice.
